Wood and furniture: from classic skirting boards, to matchboards, to doors and windows, to kitchen tops, to semi-finished products of all types, to finished products such as cabinets, tables, kitchens: everything can be wrapped with stretch film or with the application of bubble wrap before wrapping. As well as large packages such as wooden panels coming out of the press or saw, stacks of kitchen worktops, stacks of doors or windows.

Paper pallets: designed and introduced by Ikea to avoid recycling wooden pallets, they made it impossible to use straps to secure the pallet to the product. The use of stretch film instead, perfectly stabilizes the load, eliminating the use of both upper and lower corners.

Profiles

Bundles of wooden profiles are wrapped with stretch film.
Possibility of two versions of the machine according to the required operating speeds.


Doors and windows

They can be wrapped one by one or only with stretch film or with the application, before the stretch film, of an air bubble film or foam to increase protection on the product.

Kitchen worktops

Wrapping with stretch film and motorized pre-stretch system to guarantee the use of a reduced quantity of stretch film and avoid the problem of the product twisting on itself.
